Your quartets printed digitally and in sequence will be taken from a vacuum feeder, creased, folded and crossed in a number pre-defined by you, such as to compose the signature in a variable number of sheets or 4 °, 8 °, 16 °, etc ... referring to the same book. Subsequently, the signatures will be automatically introduced into the sewing machine for thread sewing, this operation will be repeated until the book is composed. At this point, once your volume has been composed, the sewing machine will perform an empty step with the relative thread cutting and then will restart to compose another volume, all automatically.
